Cake Mix:Gluten Free Flours Blend (Maize Flour, Maize Starch, Rice Flour, Tapioca Starch), Sugar, Palm Oil **, Raising Agents (Sodium Bicarbonate, Glucono Delta-lactone, Potassium pyrophosphate), Emulsifiers (Polyglycerol Esters of Fatty Acids, Polysorbate 80), Thickeners (Distarch Phosphate, Guar Gum, Xanthan Gum), Fibre, Natural Flavour.

Frosting:Icing Sugar, Maize Starch, Thickener (Distarch Phosphate), Natural Flavour.
Sprinkles:Sugar, Tapioca Starch, Natural Colours (Beet Red, Curcumin, Paprika Oleoresins), Glazing Agent (Carnauba Wax), Plant Extract.
