This natural, gluten free yeast is stored in a reusable package for your convenience. Better yet, it's granulated form means it can be stored in the freezer from day of purcase! No thawing needed!

Ingredients: Bakers Yeast, Emulsifier 491

Instructions:
* Add 2 Teaspoons of yeast to 500gm of flour or bread mix for bread machine made bread.
* Add 1 Tablespoon of yeast to 600gm of flour or bread mix for bread made by hand.

200gm pack approximately 33 servings (6g or 2 x teaspoons)

Store in your fridge or freezer after opening.
